ARIA is designed to offer comfort and privacy in a boutique gated complex. The practical layouts of the houses and high-quality materials ensure the comfort of the residents, air and natural light in the premises, the necessary storage facilities for the family, as well as a green environment.
ARIA residential complex is located in the area of "Kinocenter - Part I", at 8 Marin Goleminov Street in Dragalevtsi district, Sofia, on a plot of 2,137 sq m. This is a prestigious and quiet neighborhood, with single-family houses in the area, providing clean air and peaceful life at the foot of Vitosha, while at the same time having quick access to the center of Sofia along Cherni Vrah Blvd.
The complex consists of 6 single-family houses: 2 row houses - House No. 1 with a total area of 304.60 sq m. and House No. 2 with a total area of 345.00 sq.m., and 4 row houses – House No. 3 with a total area of 371.00 sq.m., House No. 4 with a total area of 394.70 sq.m., House No. 5 with a total area of 394.70 sq.m. and House No. 6 with a total area of 368.10 sq.m. Each house has four floors, of which three are above-ground residential and one semi-underground floor with two or three parking spaces, storage and service rooms, with only house No. 1 having a semi-underground level with an English window and the possibility of a gym/cellar/rooms, and two parking spaces are provided on the terrain with separate access for this house.

Why ARIA HOMES DRAGALEVTSI?
The construction of the buildings is monolithic skeleton reinforced concrete with partition walls of ceramic bricks and plasterboard cladding.
XPS insulation is provided on the facade in the basement and ground floor areas, as well as EPS in the areas of the remaining above-ground floors, interrupted by 20-centimeter strips of mineral wool.
The joinery is aluminum, with three-layer glazing and an interrupted thermal bridge. There are details of powder-coated metal, such as railings, cornices, visors, pergolas, etc.
The facades are lined with ventilated fiber cement boards in two shades of light gray, the color emphasizing the volume of the individual houses.
Domestic and rainwater on the site will be included in treatment plants.
A new single transformer station is being built, located on the property boundary from the street regulation line of the property, from which the new units will be powered.
